Tone your expectations. The course is maintained and the overall experience is on par with a $150 course. It’s basically a really nice muni. The prices of everything is in line with Pebble. Played two days in a row at 8am. The fastest of the two rounds was 4:20. They apparently were losing the course because on multiple occasions a groundskeeper watered my golf ball and on 3 separate occasions we had groundskeepers actively interfering with our enjoyment.
