Bang for the buck is terrible, out of towners pay $150 for 18 a cart and small bucket of balls. Course was in below average condition, greens are beat up and fairways need more water. Staff is friendly, always have been paired up with decent people. Course has solid potential but needs some love. Bunkers had no sand and felt like you mind as well hit out of the desert.

Great course. Definitely will play again when I’m back in town
