Tee boxes are well maintained. Fairways are in good condition. Greens were great but not immaculate. The roughs are really thick and tall. So look twice for your ball. Pace of play was great for our foursome. No traffic.
Greens were surprisingly slow, but the place overall was in solid condition for June in Vegas
Older course but they do a great job with maintaining the fairway and greens

I've played most of the public courses in vegas and this is absolutely my favorite layout. I understand if you're from out of town and paid 150 and expect perfect greens with no pitch marks or and meticulously maintained bunkers, you're not going to find this here, but what you will find 18 unique and interesting holes. Short course that is possible to bully but you do need to be accurate otherwise you can get can get in quite a bit of trouble. Almost every hole is risk/reward.
nice tight course. there are bail outs though.
Overpriced non local rate for average conditions. Good course layout. Requiring you move the ball both ways. Undulating greens with decent speed. Course needs to be rerated for individuals playing from yellow tee markers.
Course was very challenging. Lots of undulation both on the greens and in the fairways. Strategic bunkers and water made you think about every shot off the tee. Pretty course, average out of state cost for a great round! Would come back for sure.
