Charging $70 for a place that has batters boxes for tee boxes and the worst cart path in history is pretty bold. Solid for a knock around place I guess

Good course tee box In very bad shape

For $35, I was really impressed at what nice shape the course was in. Only consistent issue was that a few of the tee boxes were really chewed up.
