Great views. Course conditions are immaculate. Various club selection (s) off the tee. Different lies uphill and down hill from the fairway. Rough is tough. Bunkers are amazing. Scenery is just as close as you can get to a PGA course. Probably better than most Web.Com courses. Long par 5s. Double dog leg on 9. 19th hole is better than most bars. Thanks to my buddy Sal.
