This is a very good course for learners and a really good value as well. There was a heavy rain last night and the course drained fairly well. Some wet spots in the rough areas but all fairways and bunkers were dry

Not terrible, but definitely need to have cheaper play until the course is upgraded.,., in my opinion the price is a bit hi
