#12 green and #13 fairways are in bad conditions.

Very well manicured, good design. Some holes need some work but still early in the season. A quick 18.

Course was in pretty poor condition with a few holes with either chopped up fairways/greens, or they were seriously water damaged. A lot better courses in the area for better prices as well.
