This is the second time I have played here in the past 3 years. The condition it was in today versus the last time I played here was night and day. It seems like this course has been let go unfortunately. We have recently gotten a lot of rain so understandable the fairways were soft and the roughs were overgrown. But the greens don’t appear to have been air raided at all this past off season and were covered in sand. Fairways also could’ve been better. For being a semi private I expected more.

Worst greens I played on this year (May 4th 2025)

Some of the worst greens I’ve ever played, full of craters. It looked like the greens took artillery hits.

I used to love this course. Since they lost the sprinklers 2 yo it’s been in bad shape.

Do not play this course right now. Greens are diseased amd they still insist on charging full price.

Overall good

Course was in horrible shape. I used to love this place but it has definitely gone way down hill. It’s terrible that they are charging almost 80 to play here. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable pro who was able to get us started prior to our 10am tee time, which allowed us better pace. Tee boxes need attention; very squishy. Fairways were in pretty good shape, there was some standing water and very wet areas. (90⁰ in effect).The greens themselves looked like they had some type of fungus and there were alot that had blacked out areas, but rolled nice. I don't think it was worth the $78 when there are other courses in better shape for less.

New irrigation system is working. Course conditions were better than expected.
