Nice enough course layout wise, some unusually tight tee boxes due to trees and angles. The sixth hole is a double dog leg which is kind of cool, and kind of not. Conditions were very good for the price. MAJOR COMPLAINT... they started sending people off on the back instead of the front AS the earlier tee times were making the turn. Course was annoyingly backed up simply due to faulty management.

First time there will go back in future.
