Absolutely atrocious conditions. The fairways were hard as a rock. Every green was covered in sand and dead, cement like grass. They had the AUDACITY to charge $98 for a round with a cart. 100% see why they had tee times in a sunday last minute. Highly highly recommend avoiding this course for almost any on the island

Charging $70 to walk this course is criminal… fairways are in bad shape with a lot of sand, greens are worse. Cart path is all sand so good luck if you use a push cart it’s like you’re pushing it on the beach. Layout is pretty interesting though, makes you think and shape shots but that’s about the only positive

This course was in terrible conditions for the price for 18 holes insane with a cart 100 bucks. I rather have played a public course for half the price will never go back half of the greens were not even good with sod patch's all over . I didn't even notice the fairways the maintenance was so terrible

Golf course is in rough condition. The greens look like they have some kind of fungus or disease. There’s hard pan everywhere. The upkeep on the golf course is lacking. Broken fences, weeds growing around the clubhouse. Workers are very pleasant and helpful. Looks like owner just doesn’t give two sheets.

Good but 53 bucks even with discount for meh fairway.l and greens. Good amateur golf course. Was fun and plenty of room to improve your game.
