The course is well maintained. The fairways are actual fairway grass. The rough can be thick in spots. Almost US open thick. Course layout is a bit quirky. Front 9 has room to work with, back 9 is tight and narrow. Greens are in very good shape. Mix between flat and sloped greens. Challenging but fun. Makes you play smart and technical. Course isn’t too busy most days, easy to move around. Wednesday special is the best around $38 18 w/cart. Can’t beat it.
