The fairways and rough were in decent shape given all the recent rain. However, the greens are bumpy but playable.

Greens are the worst, if you can get past the 3in tall fairways.

Great Value for casual golfers who need to get out of the house and not break the bank. Nothing spectacular. A few unique hole locations. Greens are decent.

The grass is bad, greens have some really bad spots, if you have the money to play the south course play the south course.
