People are not repairing their ball marks and not raking the sand traps.

Public course brings a bunch of people who don’t know the full aspects of golf. Some people are learning, some people are competitive. Causes pace to taper but the course itself is terrific. Sands are in need of a fixing or are too hard. Some tee boxes need some trimming/filling. Otherwise a great place to play and a relatively cheap option.
