Perfectly average course

Clubs should know how to play. I was stuck behind these guys that took 20 minutes per hole.

Long waiting but good course

Tee boxes were in pretty rough shape, slippery. Few greens were out of comission, not their fault though, they provided some discount. Very slow greens. Went on a day that seemed extremely backed up.

Literally unplayable. 18 tee boxes were completely dirt with no grass. Multiple greens 100% sand, like putting on the beach. Charging money to play there is criminal. Close this course until its fixed to meet its potential.

Absolutely disgusting to charge $90 for a round where every hole is nearly unplayable. Every single green had sand (some due to aeration and some due to vandalism/lack of upkeep), making it impossible to putt. In addition, every single tee box was mud. Our foursome was slipping all over the place on tee shots. Overall, the course is in unplayable conditions and I would highly recommend not playing there until they get their act together.

Absolutely horrific conditions. It is truly deplorable that this owner is charging a full green fee. The greens is full of sand - you are literally putting through sand! The tee boxes do not have a blade of grass in them - you’ll be planting your feet in dirt and mud. The bunkers are pathetic and are clearly never raked. As a NYC course, the parks dept needs to come down on this owner and grounds crew for charging a full fee for such poor and unplayable conditions.

At least 4 greens were covered in big wasps holes. They were unplayable unless you want to get stung
