Greens were recently aerated and slightly sandy due to leveling. Pace was quick due to me walking and the tee time behind me being a solo in a cart.

Was pretty packed when I played but I was also by myself. Course was great only issue I saw is on the sands holes the greens were a little on the low maintenance side and fairways were a little low maintenance as well but over all a great course for the price. Golf carts had a touch screen GPS installed in them that would let you connect your phone to it so you didn’t have to bring your own speaker, also told you how far you was to the green, and also let you keep score on them.

I read a lot of bad reviews, but personally, I found the course forgiving and fairly open. The greens have recently been sanded, but other than that, it was a great experience.
