Easy walk for a reasonable price, but unacceptable tee box conditions and muddy hard-pan conditions around greens due to the overcrowding trees. Nice range but needs a better chipping green. Consistently poor tee time and pace of play enforcement but nice staff. Most of the issues (including the wetness) could be solved by less trees and more sunlight on the course. Pace of play could be better enforced but kind of predictable due to the bottleneck course design.

Great course! Probably my second favorite in the Raleigh area behind River Ridge.
