Greens and fairways are in great shape. Tight and short course that calls for a lot of 225-240 iron shots off the tee. Tee boxes are not in good shape. Pace of play was slow. Played in 4hr and 45 min. $90 is a steep price for the condition at the moment but could see the value in a year or so as the course improves.

Played a January round and course was in great shape. Not many people on course so pace was very quick.

Greens are better, the rough is truly that. Lost a lot of balls in the ruff!!
