Course has some hard packed clay fairways and green don’t roll really well other than that great value for the price.

Nice practice/learning course with several tee box options. If you play from the back tees you can hit a 3 wood or driver on several holes. With several tee boxes the course is great for golfers of all skill levels. The greens are slow but they do roll true. Often we will play 9 holes from one set of tees and the next 9 holes from another set. Which leads to me being able to hit every club 3wood-pw off the tee at least one over 18 holes. The holes are also spread out and mostly forgiving.

Best bang for your buck in Charlotte IMO. Fairways are in decent shape. Greens are small which make it somewhat challenging but makes up for it with how short the course is. Do not expect to come out here for a “country club” feel. It’s a great learning course for new golfers. Fairways aren’t bad, greens are in decent shape but are a little long. I’ve paid a lot more for alot less.
