Cheap butt good greens. Mostly good fairways. Ultimate value pick. There is water on the course too if you walk.

Currently doing some work on a few holes, so the condition wasn’t amazing. However the layout was pretty unique and fun, and the greens were in great condition, so it was a great value course.

Great course, great people, great pace of play, some dirt spots here and there but only on a few holes, and usually not where you want to hit to anyways. Recent tree removal really opened the place up and has allowed the greens to grow better, removing shade spots from many holes, been playing here since i started and will continue until i cant play anymore. Give it a shot!

Fun course, awesome price. Some blind spots over hills that have water, so be aware of that. Some tight spots in fairways but not unfairly tight. Some rough spots on edges of fairways need repairs. Really fun course and open, fast play.
