Great condition looks like the greens just got over a disease but healing nicely overall enjoyed it

For paying around $40, you cannot beat this course. Greens were consistent and very fast. Tee boxes and fairways were in pretty good condition. Only a few areas not directly beside the greens are not in good condition. Only hot food in the clubhouse was hot dogs.

Just played a round after major flooding of the front 9 on 12/18/23. Besides the lower holes close to the river, you couldn't even tell it was under water not even a week before! First time playing here and I'll say it's even more beautiful than it looks from the highway. Super cool hole designs with mountain-like elevation changes. Always thought this was a $60+ a round place... $45 year round is a steal for this amazing course! Definitely check it out if you're in the area.
