Sad state it's in right now. Was never a top tier course, "bunkers under construction" has been up since 2009, bunkers are still just weed filled bogs. Greens are half dirt. Sprinklers running in the middle of the day. The flooding from Tropical Storm Chanel hurt them, I know, but they need to hire some real turf specialists. At least it's cheap.

Great value

Well kept track, really forgiving. Greens run slow but easy to gauge. Not a lot of holes that pose a real challenge but some cool dog legs and a few shots over the hazards to play carefully. Solid for casual matches for the money.
