Really nice course even for late December. Facilities are great. Nice putting green (no chipping) and a net for hitting with free balls. The course is tricky with some pinpoint placements along the river but you can spray it a little most holes and be ok. Greens are tough. Glass smooth but really tricky to read. Only ended up in the sand once but it was fairway side on a par 5 so not typical. Very hard wet sand though. Nice course overall. Play from the green tees if you want to enjoy yourself

Course was in great shape with the exception of the bunkers. Most did not have sand in them.
