I had a very odd experience here. The lady at the pro shop was initially very rude and talked down to our group. After we followed her orders and played “her way” she was nice. The course was possibly one of the worst conditions I have ever seen on a course in general…and for a higher price than say….Iron Clad down the road a few minutes. If you had to pick an affordable, decent course in the Hampstead area, definitely go to Iron Clad - better hospitality and better condition. Cheers!

This course is terrible, if you are thinking about playing here, don’t. The greens are basically sand. Your ball doesnt roll. The fairways are busted up. The tee boxes are also busted up. Once again, you cannot putt on the greens, I am disgusted with this course.

Fairways were more of a beach than a fairway. 18 was nice.

Very fun course just little slow with walkers all an all very fun afternoon
