I have a lot of experience playing courses in Michigan, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, and now North Carolina. This course is challenging. It's a bit of target golf with penalties for not hitting your targets. Shot shaping is important. Greens are well maintained, and the slopes are generous. Pin placements are the course's defense, other than the tee shot choices. Price is great. Bar and food is good.

This course is always fun to play. The greens are quick and true. Plenty of grass in fairways. A few tee boxes on the back 9 are being worked on. They should be back in shape by spring.
