It just floods way too easy. Unless it hasn’t rained for a week straight, the fairways are gonna be puddles. Only the fairways are like this. The greens are some of the best around though. Overall a nice course if it doesn’t rain!

Conditions here are horrible and definitely not worth $40. Greens are absolutely horrible covered in sand and divots.

Could be a nice course, but not managed well, let anyone come play and way overpriced for the conditions of the course.
