Good value, only $30 w/ cart for 18 holes. But course is being remodeled and some fairways are in awful conditions and the greens are literally dirt with maybe some patches of dead grass. If you want cheap golf with god awful greens, not half bad

Gotten better over the years but some greens and the cart paths are in rough shape. Good course to practice on but frustrating if you’re a serious player due to the condition.
