Good greens that roll great! Some greens are sloped but offer great placement opportunities. Par 3s are challenging from the tips. Grass is coming in with the weather.

Tees and greens are very nice and taken care of. Fairways are good and appears that they are fixing some areas that are rough.
Clubhouse is dated and using gas golf carts. Carts are loud and brakes are super sensitive.
