It’s a very nice course for the money especially during Mid spring. Greens are small and there are a couple massive hills so that makes the course a little difficult but fun.

Great for the price, especially for seniors. Greens are normally in very good shape. Bermuda fairways are good except maybe Dec thru March when the bermuda grass browns and thins out, fairways are not overseeded for winter. Course can be wet with standing water for a day or two after heavy rains.
