Over all course is in good shape

Cotton Valley is one of my favorite courses to play. It’s not a difficult course and its fairways are generous and the course condition is always very good. Today the pace of play was fairly slow compared to normal but we walked 18 in about 3:45.

Condition of greens and fairways are good. Staff is friendly. Not busy at all so I enjoyed a relaxing round playing well.

Great value course and pretty good condition for the price. The only issue is if you get behind a slow group they rarely will ever let you play through.
