Good fairways, tee boxes work, definitely kept up with, but people take forever because you can’t book a teetime, you just show up and play. Greens are painfully slow, almost makes you want to grab a wedge and chip it (which would be fine because the greens are riddled with ballmarks that ruin many lines). What’s good is the price, 30$ at 830 am for 18, which is really good because the course does bring in more beginner level golfers.

Other than having to walk across the fairway pretty much the whole back 9 because they have it roped off, it’s not a bad course at all. Great greens and pretty good fairways. Just hate having to walk from cart path to fairway on the back 9. Slows down the rate of play and tends to hold others up. I give 7/10 tho
