Most greens have bare spots but still not the worst greens Ive seen this year and are very playable. Fairways were in geat shape. Was able to find anything in the rough since it wasnt too long. Entire course is pretty wide open and relatively straight not being difficult for the average golfer. At $30 for 18 w/ cart, I was hesitant and expecting a goat track. Club house/shop in rough shape but rest of property far exceeded my expectations for the price.

Greens not in good shape. Spots all over the greens and probably not been mowed for days. Fairways were pretty bad shape. The rough was knee high most of the course. But I will say the price was pretty good and the staff were as well.
