Tee boxes and fairways look good. Greens are scalped low. Probably 50-50 dirt/grass putting surface. I assume there's a reason, but I'm not sure. Course was pretty empty on a weekday morning so the pace was great. Hopefully whatever the issues are with the greens gets worked out soon.
