I have a 6 person group in front of me

Nice having a solid par 3 near me. Area around greens are in good shape and grass in fairway is doing good. Tee boxes are in rough shape - not much grass or level. Greens are very soft and slow. Would be nicer if people repaired pitch marks. Firming up the greens would be a big improvement. Nice place to practice short game, but doesn't translate well to other courses with better greens.

Not what I expected. It’s a small course longest club I used was a 5 iron. Definitely not worth what you pay for it. But I guess if you need a place to practice short game.

Tee boxes are perpetually destroyed sandboxes and the greens are riddles with untouched divots. New/inexperienced players paired with no supervision or adherence to tee times makes for some frustratingly slow play. There is plenty of excitement to be had between the holes as it’s not uncommon to have a ball fly past you without any warning. I’ll keep coming back tho because it’s one of the few public courses around and apparently I hate myself.
