For a public course and compared to many in the area it is in very playable conditions....fairways above average, greens rate 6-7 and pace of play was not bad at all. Just wish they had a range and more water on the course....take beverages!

This course definitely needs a lot of work, the greens are in horrible shape but the pace of play was great for an afternoon round during the week.
