Favorite public course in WNC

Nice course. Needs work near most greens. It will challenge you. I recommend playing here.

Pretty mundane mountain course. Fairly wide and straight. Foliage is probably very pretty in the fall. A lot of holes surrounded by trees but not a lot of views or vistas. Greens were slow but in good shape. Tee boxes were fine. Fairways were inconsistent but not in the best shape. Lots of weeds and the occasional dry patch on every hole. Average age of players seemed to be about 80 years old.
