Great course.. cart paths are in need of some repairs.

This place used to be a gem, but is slowly falling apart. Cartpaths look like a bomb scene, greens are TORE UP. New money for the carts could’ve been better spent elsewhere.

Greens are a bit rough with divots that weren't well repaired. Greens are fast. Overall pretty well kept.

Rough shape all around. Definitely not worth the price.

It was alright greens really fast if you don’t hit fairway the ball is lost they don’t cut grass
