Greens are perfect. Fairways are big and easier to hit than most courses. Played on a wet day but course was still in great shape!

A bit pricey, but the quality of the course is top notch. The front 9, in my opinion, is considerably easier than the back 9. Pace of play is hit or miss depending how on the day - just like most courses.
