Course is in poor condition. Faireays are more like first cut of rough and there are lots of places with little to no grass. Tee boxes are terrible with many having dandelions covering them. Actually, dandelions are a problem all over the course. Greens were in decent shspe, but a bit slow. It's too bad, because ther course has a lot of potential. Right now, $25 is well overpriced. I'd go back if I hear it's being taken care of better, but not before!
