Lots of deferred maintenance here and it shows. Fairways are hard packed and tons of ruts. Tee boxes and signs are worn out and from a byegone era. Some fun holes and decent prices (especially if walking) make it a course I'll play a couple times a season. I'd rather they properly maintain an 18 hole layout than keep all 27 going.

There are 27 holes. We played the front and back courses. The back was in very poor condition. Tee boxes were not maintained well. The front was better but still not great.

Very nice course with 27 holes cart and lunch for 45$ on weekdays only thing that is a little bit of a downside is some of the greens are not so good conditions most are fine though a good aeration and they will be fine
