Full disclosure here: I played this on March 27th and it was 40 degrees at 11:15 when I teed off. Regardless, the back nine was in amazing condition for this time of year. I was the only person on the back 9. Pace of play is usually medium. I was given an awesome price for a large bucket of balls and 9 walking. Older gentleman understood the situation and saw the eagerness in my eyes, gave me a great deal. Love playing this course.
