About what you could expect from a muni course. Played the back. Was pretty short. Greens weren’t in great condition but we playable. Carts were slow. Good value though for beginners that want a low intensity experience.

Great course for the value. The greens were however very inconsistent. Possibly due to the previous rain we’ve had. But we will definitely be back come summer time.

Jack won his first pro tournament here as an amateur. He said number 9 might be one of the toughest par3’s in the world. Course is short and only a par 69 but it’s got an old school charm. Tree lined fairways and postage stamp greens a few deep bunkers and waste areas make crooked tee shots punish you with awkward lies and steep banks to overcome. If you hit it straight and keep it in the fairway you can score well if you stay beneath the hole with your approaches. Postage stamps greens mean you need to be a solid chipper when you miss your approaches. Big hitters with accuracy can find a handful of holes where eagle can be made and birdie will be a consolation prize after a solid drive. Great scramble course with the risk reward holes. Par 3’s are tough
