Nice track. Heavily lined by houses. No bathroom on the back nine so hit the head before you tee off. Bring an extra repair tool for ball marks because it looks like the locals don’t have any. That was the only real negative. Paid $32 for 9 w/cart.

Bunkers need work

Front 9 is in great condition. Back 9 is pretty chewed up from leagues. Wide fairways and not much trouble. Decent for $50 or less.
