Fairways very weedy. Bunkers not maintained and filling with weeds. Greens OK, with some challenging slopes. Course layout is challenging, with lots of dog legs, elevation changes, and blind shots. Need to use strategy rather than automatically hit driver off the tee. Would be a 5-star course if maintained better. Way overpriced given current conditions.

Very narrow fairways, but greens were in great condition. Bunkers are overgrown and need some work.
