Almost always wide open tee sheet, tee boxes not super even, sometimes a little fuzzy. Small, sloping greens would probably give even a great player a run for their money. A little pricey for what it is, but a fine course.

Great value for a quick round. Condition is hit or miss depending on hole but a great beginner course for sure
