For $55 you can find much better public courses in central Ohio. The bunkers are horrendous and greens are as slow as can be. Would not really recommend for anyone at the price.

Foxfire is a very challenging course that doesn’t have the proper upkeep. We got delayed by 20 mins due to a lack of golf carts available. Tee boxes were all torn up. Bunkers had little sand and felt like concrete. The area surrounding greens had little grass. They need some help & aren’t getting it. $55 for a Sunday afternoon round makes me not want to pay to play here again. However, the course is much more interesting and challenging that most public courses.

The course was well maintained and the scenery was great. All of the staff were friendly as were any other golfers I encountered. The best part for me was that there were lots of small rolling hills/mounds across fairways and greens, giving the player's course a unique feel. The worst of the course was that the sand traps were pretty waterlogged from recent rains but I opted to put my stray balls in the water as opposed to the sand, so it was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed foxfire.

This course is over priced for the condition it is in. I wouldn’t play here again for anything more than $30
