The fairways were missing grass on allot of holes. I moved my ball onto patches of grass cuz I ain't hitting off mud.😁 Greens looked great!

For a average golfer (50's to mid 40's scores) it is a good course. Open, fast tough greens with decent length. Its fairways get rough as the year goes on. I think for the money it is worth it. They greens are whar give it its worth.
