People say course conditions are really bad. Did not understand. I thought the course was maintained well and didn’t have many problems.

Very unkept course from like 1945

Greens were very very slow and lots of single tee times behind us but for $20 for 9, cant complain!

Overall, the price is solid for what you get. Decent course with good pace.

The greens looked like they were molten rock, the fairways were super buns, could not tell difference, the greens were barely kept for and we’re atrocious, would rather play in a desert, no sand no obstacles, just outright terrible, never play here.

Not in very good condition. Multiple greens that are dying, overgrown grass areas. Very good pace of play though.

It’s basically a cow pasture
