Sand traps need lots of work.

We got a deal on TeeOff for $26 for 18 - I don't know if I'd be happy paying $41 for 18. It is the first time that I've played there and, while everything seems a little dated, the facilities are well kept and seem nice. There are some weeds in the rough and the fairway but the course is generally well kept. The greens are just okay - there were a lot of ball marks and they were kind of chewed up otherwise as well. Not sure if they just had a rough group outing beforehand or what, but hopefully it isn't always like that. All in all, I'd give it 6 out of ten. I'd play it again if I happen to get the same deal.
