Course is in rough shape. Tee boxes destroyed. Fairways are patchy and long. Bunkers in most places were unplayable. Most green were in good shape but there were a few that were mossy, patchy and beaten up.

Greens are in great shape and fast. Several fairways and t boxes have areas that need serious repair and replanting work. Improvements to these areas would make it a really good course.

Great value for money. Went after some rain and course where a little soak. Cart paths are equivalent to off-roading in some areas. Tee boxes barley get a pass

Grass is far too long all over the course. If grass was maintained this course is a hidden gem
