Has come a long way since new owners

It’s worth your time and money now that Raccoon is under new management, they’ve made many improvements and they’re only going to get better.

Really good course now. They’re making a ton of improvements.

Pretty decent course. Yeah it could be better. But any course has room for improvement.

Cheap course but you get what you pay for. Holes in fairways. Cart paths a mess. Most of the bunkers are being filled in. Just changed ownership so I’ve got hope for future. That said, there are some memorable holes, 7 and 8 for example. If this course had deep pockets it could be real nice bass upon the piece of land. Clubhouse is what you expect for a $25 round.

Only golfed here twice, first time was about 3 years ago and then today. In that time it's declined worse than it was. The greens are dry and cracking, ruts everywhere, water traps are mud traps and only one sand trap had even the slightest hint of sand. I really wish someone would buy it and help it reach it's full potential. It could be a really nice course.
